Help, my game does not start anymore! What should I do?

This is almost always fixed if you restart your device.

If the game still does not start after restarting your device, the following steps should help:

  1. Force close the app (Bubble Cloud).
  2. See if updates are available for Bubble Cloud:
    1. Open the App Store and tap Updates.
    2. If updates are available, tap Update All.
    3. If asked, enter your Apple ID password.
  3. Update your iOS to the latest version.

The ads are annoying. How do I get rid of them?

If you make any in-app purchase in the game, ads will be turned off completely and you will not see any ads anymore.

I made an in-app purchase in the game but I never received the item. How do I get a refund?

If you were charged for an in-app purchase that you never received, you can report the problem directly to Apple in order to get a refund by clicking here.

I have passed level 22 many times but I am still not able to go to the next level. What's wrong?

In order to proceed to the next level, you need to collect more stars from the previous levels. If you scroll to the very top of the map screen, you will see a text that tells you how many more stars you need to collect. Go back to levels that you have already played but where you have not earned all three stars and play them again. For example, if you have passed level 5 with one star and replay it with 3 stars, you will get 2 more stars. Once you have collected the required number of stars you will be able to go the next level.

What is the point of the Infinity level?

The Infinity level is a bonus level that is unlocked if you complete all levels with full three stars. These levels are just for fun and playing them is not needed to proceed to other levels. However, your high score for the Infinity level is updated in Game Center and you can challenge your friends to beat your high score.

Why is my progress not synced between my different devices?

Unfortunately, this feature is currently not implemented in our game. We are working hard to implement this feature in one of our next versions. Sorry for the inconvenience.

If I delete the game and reinstall it later, is my old progress restored?

No. If you delete the game, your progress is lost so be careful not to delete your game if you think there is a chance that you will play it again in the future.

Why do the colors of the bubbles that are lined up for shooting sometimes change?

This may happen when you remove all bubbles of a specific color from the cloud. For example, if you have just removed all the red bubbles in the cloud and there was a red bubble waiting to be shot, the color of that red bubble will change to some other color that is still in the cloud. This is meant to help you by ensuring that once you have removed some color completely from the cloud, it won't come back.

Is this game available on Android?

Yes! Bubble Cloud is available on both iOS (iPhone and iPad) and Android devices. For Android, you can download it for free on the Google Play store.
